CBBLE UDHC SIMILAR CASES This is an online E log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs. Case 1: A 52 year old woman, home maker from Nalgonda, came with the chief complaints of swelling over left retroauricular and mandible region ,associated with pain since 1 week. History of presenting illness Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 months back ,when she developed itchy skin lesions all over the body, initially small in size, gradually progressed to present size. Patient diagnosed with tinea corporis et cruris and treated with antifungals - itraconazole and luluconazole cream . History of ulcer over lateral aspect of left leg 1 month back,associatedwithpain
